Exception to stress area policy – Proud to have achieved an amazing  and historic result last night at the Camden licensing committee in one of the most complex applications to go in front of them. After two lengthy and grueling  sessions the councillors agreed that they could make an exception to their Camden High Street cumulative impact policy area and grant a premises licence to this iconic venue. it involved a new wrap around 32 room boutique hotel, the restoration of the historic 160 year old Hope and Anchor public house; private function room; a 14o capacity suite and recording studio and a new 4th floor Sky lobby/restaurant. A 24 hour licence was granted for the hotel and late hours for all other areas mostly until 3am. The councillors are to be commended for this decision and our team is to be credited
